List of Voters Objected To!

The following is a list of voters who have been registered as qualified, and since objected to. It was posted up in the County Clerk’s office yesterday evening, just as we were going to press; but so important a matter we could not let slip. Obtaining the assistance of some friends to copy the list, we have hurriedly put it in type. The Board of Appeals is advertised, in the same way, to meet at Louisville on the 18th inst., instead of in Troy, as at first advertised in this paper. Why this change has been made with so short notice we know not, unless to more effectually carry out the odious, disgraceful disfranchisement scheme.

Remember the Board of Appeals meets at Louisville, the 18th and continues in session for six days.

Meet your accusers.

Simon Biddick in Bedford Township
Perry Bittick in Prairie Township

Now unto this day comes Elizabeth S. Bitticks widow of S.S.
