CERTIFICATE OF DISABILITY FOR DISCHARGE.
Zachariah Sims of Captain S. P. Barris Company, (F), of the twenty fourth Regiment of United States, was enlisted by Capt. S P Barris, of the 24th Regiment of Mo Vols at Rolla Mo on the 20th day of August 1861, to serve 3 years; he was born in Morgan Co. in the State of Indiana, is 28 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches high, Fair complexion, Blue eyes, black hair, and by occupation when enlisted a Blacksmith. During the last two months said soldier has been unfit for duty.
Subject to severe cramping which renders
him entirely unfit for duty
