This Indenture made the 29th day of September A.D. One

Hundred and Seventy Nine By and Between Sarah Wright Widow
of the
Willis
Bittick of the

second part Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part in
consideration
of the sum of One Hundred Dollars to her paid by the
said party
of the second part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
do by these
presents Revise?, Release and forever quit-claim unto the said
party of the
second part the following described lots tracts or parcels of
land lying
being and situate in the
teen in
Township Forty two (4 R) N. Range Three East containing 80
acres
To Have and to Hold the same with all the rights ame-
nities
privileges and appurtenances thereto belongin unto the said
party of the
second part and his heirs and assigns forever; so that neither
the said
party of the first part nor any one for her her heirs nor any other
person or
persons for them or in their names or behalf shall or will here after
claim or
demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or any
part
thereof. But they and every of them shall be these presents be excluded
and forever
barred.
