Survey 2010, Francis Bittick's land, overlays much of the Six-Flags Development, mostly on the north side of I-44. The property starts just west of Allenton, Missouri (which lies just to the south of I-44). The property lies within St. Louis County. The border with Jefferson County is just to the south of the property along where the
Merrimac flows.
