It is hereby certified That in conformity with the laws of the United States Polly Sims, Widow of Zachariah Sims who was a Sergt. Co. F “24” Regiment Missouri Vol. Inf. is entitled to a pension under the provisions of the Act of June 27, 1890 . at the rate of Eight dollars per month to commence on the Fifth day of August 1890 and to continue during her widowhood.

Given at the Department of the Interior this Twenty-fifth day of September, on thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, and of the Independence of the United States of American the one hundred and sixteenth.
