for the sale of as much of the real estate of the said
deceased as will be sufficient to pay the debt of the
said estate which petition being accompanied by a
statement of the situation of the said estate verifies by
the offi ercourt [officer or official??] of the said court by which it appears
that the personal assets in his hands are
not sufficient to pay the debts owe by said
estate
Therefore it is ordered by the Court that
all persons interested in this estate be
notified that unless just cause to the contry
be shown at the next Term of this Court
