that Francis C. Wallace died without a
will as far as I know or believe, and that
I will faithfully and truly administer said
deceased's Estate to the best of my ability

Know all men by these presents that we William
C. Wallace as principal and Elisha Rogers &
[Joseph Hawkins, marked out] D Crider[or Criden] as securities are held and
firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum
of five hundred Dollars and
for the payment of the same well and truly to be
made, we bind ourselves our heirs and legal Rep
resentatives jointly and severally, firmly by these
presents, signed with our hands and Sealed with
our Seals and dated this 25th of May 1846
The condition of the above bond is that
if the said William C Wallace Administrator
of the Estate of Francis C. Wallace deceased
shall faithfully administer said Estate, account
for pay and deliver all moneys and property
of said Estate, and perform all other things
touching said Administration required by law
or the order or decree of any Court having Ju-
risdiction then the above Bond to be void, oth-
erwise to remain in full force

the debts of the said estate which petition be
ing accompanied by a statement of the sit
uation of said estate verified by the affidant(?)

to pay the debts due by said estate
Therefore it is ordered by the court that
all persons interested in said estate be
notified that unless good causes to the contrary
be shown at the next Term of this court
to be (???) and held on the 3d monday in

sale of the whole or so much of the real estate
belonging to said estate as will be sufficient to pay the

The State of Missouri to the
Sheriff of Osage County Greeting. Whereas William Branson
did at the August term of the Gasconade County Court
for the year 1848 recover against William C Wallace
the Sum of $85.98. which to the said William Branson
were adjudged for his debt and damage, together with
costs of Suit. These are therefore to command you that
of the goods and chattels lands and tenemants(?) of
the Said William C Wallace you cause to be made
the debt damage and costs aforesaid, and that you
have the Same before the Judges of Said Court, on
the first day of the next term thereof, to be began and
held on the second Monday in November next,
to satisfy the debt damages and costs aforesaid, and
that you certify how you execute this writ
