LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
Know All Men By These Presents:
That I, W. R. Beesley of the County of Douglas, State of Missouri being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this, my Last Will and Testament, in manner and and (sic) following:
That R. E. Beesley have all
rights and privilage to all my realestate
and personal property at my death and
as long as She remains my Widow
at the death of said R. E. Beesley or as
long as She remains my Widow and
after all expenses be paid then said
realestate and personal property shall
fall to the Heirs of W. R. Beesley if the
said R. E. Beesley shall become helpless
and either of said W. R. Beesleys Heirs
or as many as may be necessarly needed
To care for said R. E. Beesley shall recieve
One Dollar per day for such service
to be deducted from my Estate and
after which they may shair Equealy
provided that should Either of said
Heirs atempt to break
or cause any trouble in
anyway whatsoever that he or She
shall recieve only Twenty five Dollars
of said Estate
And last I hereby constitute and appoint C. H. Rogers to be the Executor of this, my last will and testament, revoking and annuling all former wills by me made, and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this the 9th day of September, A. D. 1916.

Executor's Bond.
We C. H. Rogers as Principal and [blank] and [blank] as Securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, in the sum of Three Thousand Dollars, for the payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals, and dated at Ava in the State aforesaid this [blank] day of [blank] A. D. 19[blank].
The condition of the above bond is, That if the said C. H. Rogers, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of W. R. Beesley deceased, late of Douglas County, Missouri, shall well and faithfully execute the said Last Will and Testament, and shall make true and faithful inventories, returns and settlements of accounts of the estate of the said Testator, according to law, and shall, moreover, do and perform all other matters and things touching the execution of the said Last Will and Testament, as are or shall be prescribed by law, or enjoined on [blank] by the order, sentence or decree of any Court having competent jurisdiction, then this obligation to be void and of no effect; otherwise to remain in full force.

The Undersigned, C. H. Rogers, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of W. R. Beesley deceased, late of Douglas County, Missouri, personally appeared before me, the Judge of the Probate Court, in and for Douglas County, State of Missouri, and being duly sworn by me, upon oath says that he will make a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels, lands and tenements, rights and credits of the said Testator, according to law, and will well and truly execute or administer the Last Will and Testament of the said Testator, by paying, first, his debts, and then the legacies contained in said Last Will and Testaments, as far as the assets of the said Testator will extend and the law direct, render just accounts, and faithfully perform all things required by law touching such Executorship or Administration.
